Ley Orgánica para el Desarrollo Económico y Sostenibilidad Fiscal tras la Pandemia COVID-19: contribución temporal sobre el patrimonio de personas naturales y sociedades

Creates two temporary contributions on net wealth: for individuals with USD 1 million or more on 1 January 2021 (1% to 1.5% of the wealth declared, paid by 31 March 2022) and for companies with USD 5 million or more (0.8% a year for two years). The Assembly did not vote within 30 days and the president promulgated the law.
